The casemagiQ CM100 from Impaqt Robotics is a versatile EOAT specifically designed for the efficient erection of cartons and folding boxes in end-of-line automation. With an extendable arm and a 90° flap bend, it enables easy folding of flat cartons of different sizes, from 240 x 140 x 165 mm up to 500 x 400 x 350 mm. Thanks to its low weight of only 1.35 kg and a load capacity of up to 3 kg, the CM100 maximizes the payload capacity of the robot. It is compatible with Universal Robots and supports integration via URCap as well as Modbus RTU, enabling seamless integration into various robot systems. With an IP54 protection class, the CM100 is suitable for use in demanding environments and offers a reliable solution for industrial carton forming.
