The 3FG15 from OnRobot is a versatile three-finger gripper specifically designed for handling cylindrical objects. With an impressive maximum stroke of 150 mm and a gripping force of 10 to 240 N, it can securely grip workpieces with diameters from 20 mm to 150 mm. Its design allows for both positive and force-locking gripping, giving it the flexibility to adapt to different workpiece shapes. Thanks to automatic workpiece centering, the 3FG15 ensures precise placement and increases efficiency in applications such as CNC machine tending, insertion and palletizing. With a payload of up to 15 kg and a slim design, it competes with larger, less flexible grippers and integrates seamlessly into various robot systems.
